Lorenna Corral
Lorenna Corral is an alt-pop artist and songwriter from the SF Bay Area currently living in Los Angeles. She played classical violin throughout high school and college, and studied Songwriting at Los Angeles College of Music. She is a freelance songwriter and has placements through Music Mind and Vanacore Music on televeision networks such as MTV, Vh1, Bravo TV and more.
Her song, "Who Knew," is featured on the intro of a Tyga music video featuring Rick Ross called, "Dope."
Lorenna started out her career writing about mental illness, creating albums around that subject matter. Her first album, Sugar Pills 1, was created from her bedroom while attending music school. She wrote about her own struggles with mental health as well as witnessing two of her closest family members in and out of mental hospitals and attempting suicide.
During the covid shut down, Lorenna wrote and co-produced an EP, Checklist Love, with Detroit based artist and songwriter, Qualms (Alexander Lynch), and producer, Jon Zott. "Blossom," a single off of the EP is featured in the most viewed Vanderpump Rules episode Season 10 Episode 5.
She is Recently Released her project, Sugar Pills 2, as a final conclusion to her two part album series on the topic of mental illness in 2023. Lorenna recorded and co-produced the album with Grammy nominated audio engineer and producer, Alexander Williams, at The Village Studio in Los Angeles.
She is currently working on her unreleased dark pop album, Cruel Intentions, and furthering her education at Point Blank Music School pursuing her degree in Music Production & Composition.
